The details of the SDG FairBreak Invitational 2022 have been confirmed and those who want to watch it can do so on the Cricket Hong Kong Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/HongKongCricket/).

The tournament, held in Dubai, will involve six teams playing a round-robin from the 4th to the 12th of May, followed by Semi Finals on the 14th, plus the 3rd Place Playoff and Final on the 15th.

Shizuka Miyaji, who by participating in this event becomes the first Japanese professional cricketer, will be playing for Team “Spirit”.

The schedule for the Spirit is below.

• 5th May at 20:00 (6th of May at 01:00 Japan Time): Spirit v Barmy Army
• 7th May at 16:00 (7th of May at 21:00 Japan Time): Spirit v Falcons
• 8th May at 16:00 (8th of May at 21:00 Japan Time): Spirit v Sapphires
• 10th May at 16:00 (10th of May at 21:00 Japan Time): Spirit v Warriors
• 11th May at 20:00 (12th of May at 01:00 Japan Time): Spirit v Tornadoes

Spirit comprises of 15 players from 12 different countries. It includes the current Pakistan Captain Bismah Maroof, Nicola Carey from Australia, Sophie Ecclestone and Sophia Dunkley from England, Ayabonga Khaka from South Africa, Sarah Bryce from Scotland, Natthakan Chantam and Nattaya Boochatham from Thailand as well as players from the UAE, Hong Kong, Singapore, Germany, and Tanzania.
