World Cricket League Division 5 Qualifier (2017)
The World Cricket League Division Five Qualifier was held in Bendigo, Australia in February 2017 and featured six teams competing in a 50-over tournament held over a week. Alongside Japan were Fiji, Indonesia, The Philippines, Samoa and Vanuatu and Japan were coached by former Test Cricketer Julien Wiener from Cricket Victoria, and captained by Masaomi Kobayashi. 2017 Japan Women’s National Squad Trials
The Japan Cricket Association will once again be holding open trials for anyone who wishes to be considered for the 2017 Japan National Women’s Squad. The women’s trials will take place on Sunday 19th and Monday 20th March 2017. Each day will run from 10am – 4pm.
