Japan won the fourth T20 International against Mongolia by ten wickets on the reserve day at the Sano International Cricket Ground.
Upon winning the toss Mongolia chose to bat for the first time in the series.
The Japanese bowlers quickly ran through the batting order, with seven of the eight taking wickets as they bowled Mongolia all out for just 26 in 15.2 overs.
Lachlan Yamamoto-Lake then made short work of the target, finishing 18 not out as Japan passed the target in the second over with 112 balls remaining, making it the second fastest victory in terms of balls remaining in the history of T20 International Cricket.
Makoto Taniyama was named MVP for taking two wickets without conceding a run across two overs.
