- City of Cricket
Further develop the “Cities of Cricket” in Sano, Akishima, and Sammu
- Junior Participation Programme – Cricket Blast
Increase the number of schools playing cricket and the number of teachers teaching cricket in class.
- Junior Pathway
Strengthen the player pathway for U15 & U19 age groups.
- East Asia Cup
Deliver a well organised and well attended event hosting China, Hong Kong Dragons, and Korea.
- Organisation Development
Develop good governance structures, capable staff, and functioning Regional Associations

Improve communication through implementing a Media & Communication Strategy
