The 2010 East Asia Pacific Trophy was hosted by Japan at the Sano Cricket Grounds. It was just a three team tournament featuring Japan, Papua New Guinea and Samoa. As a 50-Over tournament the winners would go through to the final stage of World Cup Qualifying to be held in Bangladesh in 2011.
Katrina Keenan was player-coach in a closely contested event.
