Founded in 2003 to to give people living in Chiba and Japan the opportunity to play cricket, the Chiba Sharks is one of Japan’s largest cricket clubs. The Sharks have teams competing in JCL Divisions 1, 2 and 4, the JCL T10 and JCL T20 competitions and the Japan Cup. The Sharks have been winners of JCL Division 1 three times.

The Chiba Sharks is proud to be an inclusive, multinational club with players from many different countries. Through its participation in a number of competitions and training, the club is able to support players of all different skill levels, from beginner to international.
