Mr Mohamed Marzook Mohamed Rasheed (Mie Lions)  – Reported following a Japan Cup Kansai Division Two, Round Four match, under the Captains Code of Conduct for failing to “control the behaviour of all players”. One Match Ban, Suspended for 24 months. 

Aravinda Chathurarangana (Ceylon XI) – Reported following a Japan Cup North Kanto Semi Final match, under the Participant Code of Conduct for “any other misconduct, the nature of which is, in the opinion of the umpires, equivalent to a Level 2 offence”.
