2016 Women’s World Cup Qualifier, East Asia-Pacific

In 2016 Japan Women competed in the Women’s World Cup Qualifier – EAP, a 50-over tournament that would take place in Samoa during July. The team was coached by Nicole Martin of Cricket Victoria and captained by Mai Yanagida. The tournament only featured three teams; Japan, Papua New Guinea and Samoa with Japan finishing third.
