Waseda University won the Women’s title while Chuo University won the Men’s title at the Japan University League Finals “Champions Wicket 2024” which was held on the 15th of September in Akishima.<\/span><\/p>\n\"\"<\/a>\n

The Women’s Final was held in the morning where Uenomiya High School came 29 runs short in chasing down the 117 run total set by Waseda University.<\/p>\n\"\"<\/a>\n

The Men’s Final followed the Women’s Final where Chuo University batted first scoring 104 runs. Waseda University scored 80 runs in the chase and Chuo University won by 24 runs.<\/p>\n\"\"<\/a>\n

The winning teams were awarded Cricket equipment from MKI, the Men and Women’s National Team Parter.<\/p>\n\"\"<\/a>\n\"\"<\/a>\n

Congratulations for both teams who won the title for the first time in seven years.<\/p>\n\"\"<\/a>\n
