The selection committee for the Men\u2019s Japan National Squad has chosen the team of 14 players who will travel to South Korea in September for the four-team World Cup Qualifier.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Kendel Kadowaki-Fleming remains as captain, fresh from his experience at the Cayman Islands MAX60 tournament, while Piyush Kumbhare returns after missing the series against Mongolia in May.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The ICC Men\u2019s T20WC East Asia Pacific \u2013 Sub-Regional \u2018B\u2019 2024 will start on Saturday 28th September and conclude on Saturday 5th October, while Japan will also play a match against both Indonesia and the Philippines as part of the tournament preparation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The winning team will qualify for the Regional Final, which will be combined with the Asia Region where the top three teams will qualify for the T20 World Cup.<\/span><\/p>\n
