As such, all players need to be born after September 1st 2005.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are excited to see how the new players develop in the coming years and hope they 400;\">The Japan National Academy has a Men\u2019s U19 category and a Men\u2019s U16 category. Each category is a group of promising players within each age limit that take part in an annual training program. The aim of the Men\u2019s U19 category is to build an inspirational Men\u2019s U19 Japan National Team while the Men\u2019s U16 category aims to develop the next generation of players.
