lost both matches of their two game series against hosts Vanuatu in Port Vila.<\/p>\n<p>In match one, played on Monday 28th August, Vicky Mansale took three for 16 to bowl Japan out for just 65.<\/p>\n<p>Ahilya Chandel was the only Japan player to make double figures, her 21 showing the others what was possible.<\/p>\n<p>The chase was over quickly as Rachel Andrew struck 44 not out from just 37 balls to ease her team home with eight wickets and 8.3 overs to spare.<\/p>\n<p>Match two was played in wet conditions and reduced to ten overs a side.<\/p>\n<p>Bowling first, Japan kept Vanuatu to 61 for five, Valenta Langiatu the top scorer with 24.<\/p>\n<p>Japan lost wickets regularly in the chase and ultimately finished on 46 for eight from their ten overs, only Akari Nishimura making double figures and Rachel Andrew taking three wickets as her side won by 15 runs.<\/p>\n<p>The ICC Women\u2019s T20 World Cup EAP Qualifier will start on Friday with Japan up against the Cook
